Walking for Kids
Thank you DJ Gregory and his organization Walking for Kids for an exciting donation to The Miracle League of Valdosta with a portion going to adaptive playgrounds in Lowndes County that were destroyed by Hurricane Helene. The Miracle League is where children and adults with disabilities play organized sports. Each athlete is paired with volunteer “buddies” who assist them in batting/kicking, catching, throwing and running.​ Youth and Adult games are played both Fall and Spring.
